Ashley is a Mexican-American director for theater, comedy, and film.

She develops new musicals and comedy work and also brings a fresh perspective to existing theater pieces. She centers her work on collaboration, hope, and bringing heart, community, and diverse perspectives into everything she makes.

She plays flute, piccolo, and jazz saxophone and brings musicality to all of her work, whether it’s cultivating the sonic world of a musical or finding the rhythm of a comedy piece or a film project.
